These are a few of my shots from the Showtime house. Rosie, her friend Meg and I spent the afternoon touring this $22M home in Gramercy Park. The owner is some telcom wunderkin named Michael Hirtenstien (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/02/18/realestate/18Deal1.html). He lent out his pad to showtime for $1M a month and they let different designers envision what rooms would look like based off Showtime shows. It was brilliant. First off, to see this kind of home in NYC is cool enough, then add seeing the work of top designers then the cherry on top is each room is based off a show you love…perfection. The link I added gives a room by room tour, so please check it out. Love the book sculpture that was in the Californication room, I want one.
